Our Terms of Sale
Please read these Terms of Sale (“Agreement”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before making a purchase through http://www.belandbow.com (“the Site”, “Website”) operated by bel & bow (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Pricing
All prices quoted on our website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD). If you make a purchase using a credit card your account will be charged in NZD. If you are paying from overseas please check with your card issuer as additional charges may apply. The name that will appear on your statement will be bel and bow.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days of your order being placed.
Delivery within New Zealand
We will pay the shipping cost for orders at $60 and above.
For orders under $60 shipping costs are charged at a flat fee of $5.
Delivery will take approximately 2-3 business days after being dispatched.
Delivery to Australia
For all Australian orders, we will charge a flat fee of $15 NZD for shipping.
Delivery will normally take 3-10 business days after being dispatched.
Any additional taxes or customs duties that are incurred within the recipients country are the responsibility of the buyer/recipient.
Delivery to other International Countries
For all orders from the rest of the world, we will charge a flat fee of $30 NZD for shipping.
Delivery will normally take 1-3 weeks after being dispatched.
Any additional taxes or customs duties that are incurred within the recipients country are the responsibility of the buyer/recipient.
Pricing And Product Descriptions
We strive our best to provide the most accurate pricing and product descriptions to provide you with a positive shopping experience at our website. If you have any question about an item e.g. sizing then please feel free to contact us at info@belandbow.com prior to making your purchase, we are happy to help.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and the buyer’s credit card charged. If the credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to the buyer’s credit card account in the amount of the charge. The seller reserves the right to change the content of the website at any time and without prior notice.
Exchange And Return Policies
Wrong Or Faulty Items
We ensure our goods are in tip top condition before we send them to you and we are confident that all items purchased from us are in perfect order, in the rare event that you receive a wrong or faulty item please contact us immediately (within 3 business days upon receipt) via email at info@belandbow.com
We will provide a full refund once we have received the returned item. Please note the item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt and must be returned in new and original condition as received with all labels etc returned with the item.
Exchanges
We only accept exchange for the same item for a different size. To exchange your item for a different size please email us at info@belandbow.com.
We offer free delivery on the same item in a different size to our customers in New Zealand except for rural addresses. There is a small fee of $5 for shipping of the exchange item(s) to rural addresses. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for the return shipping and we will cover the cost of the delivery for the new item within New Zealand. For exchanges outside of New Zealand, sadly we are not yet able to offer free delivery for the new item(s) - however, please be assured that we will arrange for you the best rate possible for this.
If the item is no longer in stock in the size you want, we will treat it as a return and refund you accordingly.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reasons, you would like to return your purchase, please email us at info@belandbow.com for further arrangements. For returns, we will provide a refund less a charge of $5 as the shipping and handling fee. Please note that the charge of $5 for shipping and handling still applies even if your original order value has reached sufficient value to be eligible for free shipping.
General terms and conditions for exchanges and returns
• Exchanges are only accepted for the same item for a different size
• Exchanges and returns are only accepted on items that are in new and original condition with original tags, and have not been altered, worn, washed, or damaged
• All exchanges and returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt
• All sale/ clearance items cannot be exchanged or returned
• Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of sending the exchange or return item(s) to us
• Please consider purchasing tracking/delivery confirmation as we are only able to issue a refund or exchange on item we receive.
This Agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
